🎨 Create a portrait

Turning your photo into four portraits

What it's for. The portrait creator takes one photo of your pet and gently reimagines it as four hand-painted-style memorial portraits you can download and keep.

How to use it

  1. Open the Create Portrait page and upload one clear photo of your pet — your photo is prepared in your own browser before anything is sent.
  2. Check the short description of your pet's breed and colouring, and adjust it if anything looks wrong — this guides how the portrait is made.
  3. Choose the styles you'd like (all four are included), then select Generate and give it about a minute.
  4. When your portraits appear, download any you love in full resolution to print or keep — or order a printed keepsake.

You don't need an account to start. A clear, well-lit photo with your pet facing the camera works best, but softer or older photos still produce lovely results.

What it's for. Each portrait is created in four distinct artistic styles, so you can choose the one that feels most like your pet — or keep them all.

How to use it

  1. When you reach the style step in the creator, the four styles are shown side by side.

  3. After generating, compare them together and download whichever feels right — there's no wrong choice.

📋 Memorial templates

Personalise keepsakes to print at home

What it's for. A set of six printable memorial templates — an Order of Service, Rainbow Bridge tribute, certificate, bookmarks, keepsake cards and thank-you cards — that you fill in with your pet's name and your own words.

How to use it

  1. Choose the Templates or Complete Bundle option at checkout to unlock them.
  2. Open a template — it opens straight in your browser, with no Word, Canva or downloads needed.
  3. Type in your pet's name, dates and a tribute message, and add a portrait if you'd like.
  4. When it looks right, print it at home the same day or save it to print later.

🌸 Meadow, the writing helper

When the words feel impossible

What it's for. Meadow is a gentle in-page writing assistant who can help you find the words for a tribute, suggest a poem or reading, or simply talk through who you've lost.

How to use it

  1. Meadow becomes available once you've unlocked the templates or bundle.
  2. Tell her a little about your pet — a habit, a look, somewhere they loved to be.
  3. Ask her to help shape a tribute, suggest the right words, or recommend a poem, and use whatever feels true to you.

There's no pressure to use Meadow, and nothing you write is final — she's simply there if a blank page feels too hard.

🛍️ Keepsakes shop

Turn a portrait into something to hold

What it's for. The shop turns your portrait into lasting physical keepsakes — framed prints, a gallery canvas, a mug, a cushion and more — posted to your door.

How to use it

  1. Create your portrait first, then open the Shop from the menu or the order button beside your portrait.
  2. Choose a keepsake — A4 or A3 prints from £15.99, a gallery canvas from £34.99, a mug, a cushion and others.
  3. Confirm your portrait and delivery details, then complete the secure checkout.
  4. Watch your inbox for a shipping confirmation — keepsakes are usually dispatched within a few days and shipped worldwide.

💜 A memorial page

A shareable tribute page for your pet

What it's for. A free, beautiful online memorial page for your pet — their name, a portrait, and a tribute message — with a private link you can share with everyone who loved them.

How to use it

  1. Open the Create a Memorial Page page and add your pet's name and dates.
  2. Add a portrait or photo and write a tribute — a memory, what made them special, or simply how loved they were.
  3. Preview the page as you go, then create it and copy the link.
  4. Share that link with friends and family whenever you're ready.

🌈 The Memorial Wall

A community of pets who crossed the Rainbow Bridge

What it's for. A shared wall of remembrance where memorial pages appear together, so beloved pets are honoured alongside others — a reminder that you're not grieving alone.

How to use it

  1. Open the Memorial Wall to browse tributes left by other pet families.
  2. Create your own memorial page to add your pet to the wall.
  3. Return any time to revisit your tribute and read others.

💌 Send a sympathy card

A kind word for someone else who's grieving

What it's for. A way to send a heartfelt sympathy card to someone who has lost a pet — delivered digitally by email or as a real printed card posted to them.

How to use it

  1. Open Send a Card and choose a card design.
  2. Write your message — there's space to say exactly what's in your heart.
  3. Choose digital delivery by email or a printed card posted to the recipient, and add their details.
  4. Send it on its way with your kindness.

💳 Pricing & checkout

Choosing what you need

What it's for. Simple, one-off pricing — no subscription. You pay once for what you want and have it straight away.

How to use it

  1. On the pricing section, compare the three options: Portrait Generator (£9.99) for the four art styles, Templates (£12.99) for the six printables, or the Complete Bundle (£24.99) for everything together.
  2. Select the option that fits, and you'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout.
  3. Enter your payment details — your card is handled by Stripe, never stored here.
  4. Access is unlocked the moment your payment is confirmed. Printed keepsakes from the shop are priced and paid for separately.

  2. For a portrait purchase, head straight to the creator to upload your photo and generate your portraits — no account needed.

  4. If you ordered a printed keepsake, look out for a shipping confirmation with tracking once it's dispatched.
