These terms apply when you use petmemorialportraits.co.uk or buy from us. Please read them with our refunds and returns policy and privacy policy.
We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. The price shown is the total you pay, including delivery for printed items. There are no hidden fees. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout. You can use a discount code such as MEMORIAL10 at checkout where it applies.
The contract is formed when Stripe confirms your payment. We then email you a confirmation. For digital items, you ask for immediate access with a tick box before checkout (see section 7).
Our portraits are made by AI models working from your photo. Each one is an artistic interpretation, so colours, markings and backgrounds may differ a little from your pet. You can preview portraits before you pay. If a portrait doesn't capture your pet, tell us and we'll help: see our 30-day promise in the refunds policy.
Please only upload photos you took or have permission to use. You keep any rights you have in your photos. You may use the portraits and templates you buy for personal, non-commercial purposes, including printing them, sharing them with family and friends and posting them online. Please do not resell them.
We deliver printed keepsakes and cards to the UK, Ireland, the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland and Portugal. Delivery is included in the price. Each item is printed to order by our print partner, Printful, and is usually dispatched within a few working days; delivery time depends on where you live. Orders delivered outside the UK may have to pay import duty, tax or handling charges set by the destination country; these are not included in our price. Please check your delivery address at checkout. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, contact us and we will resend it or refund you.
Digital items are available straight after payment. If you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel, that right ends once access starts. Printed keepsakes are personalised with your portrait, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind, but you are fully protected if they arrive damaged, faulty or not as described. Our refunds and returns policy sets out your rights and our 30-day promise.
If you create a memorial page, it is public and may appear on our Memorial Wall. Please only share what you are happy for others to see, and nothing unlawful or hurtful. We may remove a page that breaks these rules. You can ask us to take your page down at any time.
Meadow is an AI assistant that helps you find words for tributes and cards. It can make mistakes, so please read its suggestions before you use them.
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. We supply our products for domestic and private use only.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms, for example when the law or our service changes. The terms in force when you placed an order apply to that order.
If something goes wrong, email hello@petmemorialportraits.co.uk. We aim to reply within 2 working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
